Alpha terms
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms apply to the closed alpha of CADnita Flow, offered by the operator of cadnita.com, an individual based in Chile. By signing in you accept them. They are short on purpose; please read them.
1. It is test software
CADnita Flow is unfinished. It may contain errors, change without notice, or be unavailable at times. It is provided free of charge, "as is", without any warranty, for testing and evaluation.
2. Save your work as files
Your drawings stay on your computer. Save them regularly as .pfd or DXF files on your own disk. The optional autosave and recovery copy live in your browser and are lost if browser data is cleared or you switch browsers. We cannot recover your drawings, because we never have them.
Check important results independently. Do not rely on the alpha as your only tool for work where an error could cause harm or loss.
3. Your access
Access is personal and by invitation. Each access code is for you only and expires after the period you are told when you receive it. Please don't share your access. Access may be extended, paused or ended at any time.
4. Your drawings are yours
You keep all rights to everything you create with CADnita Flow. We claim no rights over your drawings, and we never receive them.
5. Feedback
Feedback is very welcome at alpha@cadnita.com. If you send ideas or suggestions, they may be used to improve CADnita without any obligation to you. Please don't send confidential drawings by email; describe the problem or send a simplified example instead.
6. Fair use
Please don't try to break into the site or its servers, overload them, or use the alpha to harm others. Reverse engineering the software is not permitted except as allowed by law or by the open-source licences of its components (see third-party notices).
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the alpha, including lost work or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Chilean law.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated during the alpha. The current version is always on this page, and testers will be told about significant changes.
